Jaypee Greens Greater Noida:- Following TOI report that the Centre's draft of the redrawn eco-sensitive zone around the Okhla bird sanctuary doesn't affect any realty project in the area, wave of hope has float among the home buyers and other major beneficiaries. The home buyers and developers association has sent a letter to the Centre to speed up the process of notification.
Notably, with the NGT order, 20 thousand flat buyers, who have invested in different 17 group housing projects had hampered. The buyers even after paying the money could not shift to their dream homes.
"We are thankful to the government that steps have been taken to sort out the issue. We are earlier expecting that our dream of home has postponed for years.
