Over 100 people have fallen ill across Greater Noida after consuming contaminated water in the last three days. Most of these patients have been diagnosed with high fever and some with diarrhoea, and are undergoing treatment at a government medical camp in the area. A one-and-a-half-year-old girl from a nearby village died of high fever on Tuesday, but the cause of death has not yet been confirmed by the health department.
"We examined 63 patients on Tuesday and found symptoms of diarrhoea in seven. Other patients suffered from fever, loose motion, cough and other usual problems. Earlier on Monday, we had diagnosed and treated 22 patients for diarrhoea. For more info visit times on india
